The Challenge & Objective:

ALLO was looking for a company to help manage their online marketing efforts and develop campaigns that could live online and in the physical space through billboards, print ads, radio, and TV.

This agency needed to balance brand-building in a number of communities across four states in the U.S., all while gaining results in the short term and long term.

To do this, we built out a series of campaigns that spoke to various audiences about the many benefits of ALLO’s fiber internet: speed, reliability, and local support. However, we needed to do this in a fun, distinctive way that wouldn’t come across as boring, stodgy, or “corporate” like their competitors.

Strategy & Tactics:

The campaigns were built out for each part of the customer journey—from construction announcements and updates to the benefits of choosing ALLO.

Each campaign had the flexibility to grow—adapting to new products, fresh audiences, and bold ideas—while telling ALLO’s story in a fun, entertaining way. And through it all, they stayed rooted in the core values that set ALLO apart from the competition.

Results:

A series of campaigns that support aggressive growth in four states and a deep understanding of message resonance with audiences.
