Hey there all you beautiful people. It’s been a while. Just thought I’d catch you up on what’s been happening over here.
About a month ago (wow time flies) we had a ribbon cutting and an open house to celebrate one year in our new digs, with help from the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. There was no shortage of shenanigans throughout the day. We invited our amazing clients, our friends and families over to celebrate with us. There was delicious food from Lulu’s Lunchery, Nebraska beer, and John Daly cocktails for everyone. A John Daly is basically an Arnold Palmer but with vodka in it. We brewed the iced tea earlier that day, and the lemonade was handmade by us. It was fresher than fresh.
The whole day was a great success.
There were about 60 people who came out to celebrate with us throughout the day, it was great to see the support from the community, our friends, and our families. We had such a good time, we didn’t leave the office until 9 p.m., and the festivities started around 1:30. It was a good opportunity for us to talk with some of our clients, and to meet new people who weren’t as familiar with us. We were able to tell the group about our values and our motto, both of which are framed up on the wall for everyone to see.
We’re proud of that. The cool thing was that most everyone we talked to told us how much they appreciated our honesty, and how refreshing it was to hear about a marketing company cutting through the bullshit.
If you blessed us with your presence, thanks for coming out, we hope you had a great time. If you didn’t, that’s ok, you’re welcome to come over and have a drink with us and we can get to know each other better. There’s still some beer left, and there’s plenty of vodka.
