In your valued opinion, what M2 processes, procedures, policies, and/or general workflow stuff & things need to be documented for the betterment of the company?

  • Things that are documented but need to be more clearly documented?
  • What things/processes/stuff aren’t clear at Maly?
  • In your opinion, are any internal “processes” or “workflows” currently confusing?
  • What could use some tweaks?

What is this for? I’m compiling a list of things that need to be documented. The list will be presented to the leadership team so we can prioritize what needs documented, clarify things that need clarifying, reduce bottlenecks, etc…
